Account Hacked After Downloading Pirated Software—Need Help!

I recently downloaded a pirated version of Microsoft Office from DownloadPirate in the megathread. A few days later, my Discord and Spotify accounts were hacked. My antivirus says there’s no virus, but I’m concerned. Could the pirated software have caused this? How did I get hacked if I downloaded from a “safe” site? Any advice on what’s going on and how to fix it?

Yes, what you downloaded was malware. You can use MAS to download and activate Office.
