is it true that TCB scans are no longer available and only the official release remains for this end of agenda piece, which contains spoilers and the scan is gone.

I have not actually come across an official communication about the unavailability of the TCB scans.
But most information I have come across online hints on the site experiencing downtime or issues
Their website isn’t working anymore, at least for me.
