Just curious if anyone here has ever regretted having kids? If you have, what was the reason? I know it’s a big question, but I’ve been thinking about it lately. Would love to hear your thoughts!
I don’t regret having kids, but I do regret not investing in earplugs and caffeine stock before they arrived!
My family is the best part of life so far.
No, because I never had any.
No, I love them, but if I knew I was going to get divorced, I would have had them with someone else. I know they’d be different people but I’d love those ones too, wouldn’t know any different.
Yes, even years after being a mother… I’m still incredibly selfish. I thought that would change.

Now I need the opposite to get everything I just read out of me.
Not at all. I do miss the consistent sex prior though.

Ditto
Love my kids, but I miss the freedom of just being able to go anywhere at any time
No, absolutely not. I wish I had done it when younger and I wish I hadn’t chased fun and freedom so much and for so long. Best thing I ever did was start a family but I wish I had done it before 40.
My children are adopted. The first few years were difficult, sleepless nights, arguments from tiredness, etc. But now it’s great. We don’t miss them at all.
Somewhat because my government and economic leaders are driving the world to destruction and all I can do is keep going to work and hope we don’t starve soon.
Yup, never wanted them in the first place and wasn’t able to convince her to get an abortion when the morning after pill failed.
