Are these wild? They look like wild kits!
These definitely look wild. Please avoid keeping wild rabbits as pets.

They are wild! I kept them for a few months but released them afterward… They were wonderful to have around!

Honestly, it’s best not to keep wild animals that long, especially baby animals. Keeping them can disrupt their natural instincts and make it harder for them to survive in the wild.

The bunnies are doing fine! I visit them every day… They made a home and even started their own families!
@Ren
When did you first find them?

A few years ago. Why do you ask?

Just for future reference, it’s better to leave them alone or contact a wildlife professional. Wild animals need to stay away from people for their own safety.

No.
Then let’s chat here if you’d like. If not, I understand!

For anyone finding a nest of bunnies: remember, mother rabbits only feed their kits twice a day and stay away to avoid drawing attention to the nest. If you find baby bunnies without a mother, just leave them be.
They look like scared, stressed wild kits.

They do look that way, but they absolutely loved being with me!

How can you tell if they were happy and not just scared while caged? Wild animals usually belong in the wild.
Yes! They’re so cute! I’d want to adopt them too!
