Bad textures in some games

Hi, can any1 help me with this? I bought a new PC 3 days ago (RTX 4070 Super, i7-14700K, 32 GB DDR5), so there’s no problem on the hardware side. But this issue started since I first booted up COD Warzone. Mostly trees, rocks, bushes, and the floor look weird, especially at a distance (like 150m and above). Stuff closer to me changes from normal HD textures to this and back as I move around the map. I’ve tried all in-game settings: kept defaults, set everything to low, then high/ultra, and messed around with the upscaling/sharpening modes. I even tried other games—Valorant was fine, Rocket League was okay, but in PUBG, the same problem happened. In a single-player game, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, some textures flickered too. I scanned and repaired corrupted files, fiddled with NVIDIA control panel settings, and even did a fresh reinstall of Windows, but nothing works. I’m desperate—has anyone else had this problem and managed to fix it?

That sounds frustrating! Have you checked if your GPU drivers are up to date? Sometimes that fixes texture issues.

Yeah, I had a similar problem and updating my drivers really helped!

Could be a memory issue. Maybe try lowering your RAM settings in BIOS? Just a thought.

I’ve seen some people fix this by adjusting the texture streaming settings in the game options.

Check if your PC is overheating. Sometimes thermal throttling can cause weird texture issues.

Also, make sure your power settings are set to high performance. It can help with gaming!
