I’m in Inglewood and I’m having trouble with a website I use. I can access the site and log into my account without any issues. However, whenever I click to watch a video, I’m always left with a black screen.
Does anyone have any advice on what might be causing this? Thanks…
Make sure your browser’s built-in video player or any required plugins are up to date. If the problem persists, try using a different browser to see if the issue is specific to the one you’re currently using.
I started having this problem with my Roku Streaming Stick+ 4K a few weeks ago. It worked fine with my Streambar, Ultra LT, and Express. But the next day, the Ultra LT started having issues too. Now, the Streambar is having the same problem. I think there was a bad update, and it’s slowly affecting all our devices. I’m not sure if it’s an update to the operating system or a channel.
