I’m on the hunt for some Endorphin Speed 2 Runshields to brave the wet winter here in Scotland. However, it seems like men’s sizes are scarce in the UK, while women’s sizes are more abundant and often cheaper.
Does anyone have advice on buying women’s shoes as a man, specifically regarding sizing? I’m particularly interested in tips for Saucony shoes. I’ve come across a range of recommendations, from going half a size up to a full size or more, and there’s also conflicting information about shoe width, which seems to vary by brand. Any guidance would be appreciated!
Men’s and women’s shoe sizes don’t always match up because women’s shoes are frequently a B width. I’m not sure if the endorphin lineup works the same way.
My acquaintance runs in women’s shoes and has tiny feet. He must constantly search for men’s and women’s hues so that he doesn’t appear to be wearing a women’s sneaker.
Hey @PushaTitan, For Saucony, you generally need to go up a size and a half from your usual men’s size when buying women’s. Width can be tricky, but most Saucony shoes are on the average width for both men and women. Some people say just a size up is enough, but I’d rather have a little extra wiggle room, especially for winter socks.
Hello PushaTitan ,as long as there is a model that fits, nothing prevents you from wearing them even though some were only available to women. The majority of shoes are identical for both men and women. Simply move up a size
