So recently, my role at work changed out of nowhere. I lost some of my management duties, and my PTO requests are being denied. Is this considered bullying, or am I overthinking it?

That’s rough. If it’s just affecting you, it could definitely be bullying. Did they give any explanation for why they’re doing this?

Exactly, like why change your job without a reason? Feels pretty targeted if you ask me.

Honestly, if it’s only happening to you, that’s a red flag. Did you try talking to someone higher up?

I did, but it’s a small company, so there aren’t many people to go to.

That’s tough. Smaller companies can be tricky like that when it comes to HR issues.

Yes! The HR lead is close to the top management, so it feels like they’re just covering for each other.

Make sure you document everything, from emails to any messages. It could be helpful if you need to escalate this.
