So recently, my role at work changed out of nowhere. I lost some of my management duties, and my PTO requests are being denied. Is this considered bullying, or am I overthinking it?
That’s rough. If it’s just affecting you, it could definitely be bullying. Did they give any explanation for why they’re doing this?

I did, but it’s a small company, so there aren’t many people to go to.
