How to Resolve Audio Switching

Hi all, I’m using a Lenovo IdeaPad3 15ADA05 and have recently started experiencing an audio issue. When I connect to Bluetooth, the audio rapidly switches back and forth between sources, making the device unusable. Even after disconnecting, the audio sources still seem to be spazzing out. I’ve tried uninstalling audio drivers and even factory resetting my laptop, but nothing has worked. Any help would be appreciated!

If this only happens when connecting Bluetooth devices, check if there is a newer Bluetooth driver available.

I scanned for new drivers, but everything seems up to date. Turning off Bluetooth stopped the audio issues, which points to Bluetooth being the problem. This started after I updated to Windows 11.

Do you use Windows Update or the manufacturer’s site for driver updates?

I only use Windows Update. I haven’t tried checking the manufacturer’s site yet.

You’re likely dealing with a Bluetooth conflict. Have you tried updating the Bluetooth drivers? Also, check your audio settings and disable any other audio devices that could be switching automatically when you connect Bluetooth.
