So I have this truck with no axles in the front; the rear tires are intact. Wondering if it is possible for a tow truck to tow the vehicle out of the garage without destroying the cement floor.

It’ll have to be a flatbed tow
You could sling or hard bar it since you have that nice solid mount metal front bumper. Although there aren’t many old timers left that drive a conventional wheellift wrecker.

It’s funny how far we’ve come, but for this case, an old sling would snatch it right up. No problem, no dollies.
I’d toss my hooks under the back axle then drag it up my flatbed. Unless you didn’t want it damaged, cause I’d put it on some creepers then drag it up.
She ain’t got any legs son
Depends, are you scrapping it or just need to move it and not damage it? It’s def possible, I sold a Hilux with messed up axles and the guy that bought it from me ratchet strapped a couple Chevy squarebody axles to the frame and made it a roller lol
yes they can put dolly’s on the front pull it out then flip it around or straight up on flat bed
Throw dollies.
Are you wanting to keep or scrap it? If you want to keep it & your driveway is paved, lift the front on a rollaround jack then push out the door. Then use the jack for steering to put it where you want it. Saves the wrecker cost.
If you’re scraping or sending to a shop, explain the situation so they can bring the right equipment.
Airlift
Someone else had said it, but basically lower the fronts into some sort of dolly. Lots of cribbing too. After that it’s more like any other tow.
Could use a wrecker dolly, go Jack, or other. We also have plastic skates what would likely work too.
Google “wheel dollies”.
Hit it with your purse
