So I think I have a trojan virus and I didn’t know how to fix it, so I just reset my PC. Now I can’t log in. It keeps saying, ‘user profile service failed the sign-in: user profile cannot be loaded.’

Reset is useless and a bug mess. Just reinstall Windows via a USB stick.

You need to delete the system and install it. Reset doesn’t always remove viruses.
