Is all it takes to succeed in real estate just guts, cash, and knowing the right people?

Seems like everyone is making big money in real estate. It looks pretty straightforward if you have the right resources.

You don’t need guts or connections that much. Just cash.

Real estate can drain your money fast if you buy a bad property at a bad time.

It’s all about timing and location.

But property values only go up, right?

That’s not always true.

So you’re saying the economy doesn’t grow? It does grow over time.

Just because the economy grows doesn’t mean every investment grows. People still lose money.

@Marlowe
Yeah, but in most cases, property goes up.

Yeah, but in most cases, property goes up.

With your confidence, you might just hit that unlucky 10%.

Thinking less and doing more makes the money. It’s folks like you who overthink and lose out.

It’s good to know what drives property values so you can see changes before they cost you.

Sounds like you’re saying real estate doesn’t need much brainpower. And yeah, cash and connections seem more important.

Much more important.

Real estate agents annoy me. Feels like they just take a cut and don’t add anything.
