I am contemplating making a significant purchase; is it still worth it after all this time? I mean, is it a timeless bag, or has the buzz subsided? What are your thoughts?

I have the black version of this purse, and it really does satisfy a teenage Jodie’s need. Even if it’s not as good as Bottega, the bag is still well-made. It’s not very good. This bag is ideal if you’re thinking you’d like a teen Jodie but don’t want to spend that much money. Although it isn’t genuine leather and might not last as long as the Jodie, for a small portion of the cost, I believe it to be a fantastic purchase.
In terms of design, Bottega’s website still features Jodies that can be purchased and worn. Jodie, in my opinion, is a classic that will never truly go out of style.

I don’t intend to sound impolite, but if this is supposed to be a luxury purchase, I wouldn’t invest in this specific bag. It’s made of very low-quality plastic faux leather material and it will likely only last 1-2 years, if you’re fortunate. You’d better ask a local artisan to make a leather duplicate of the same.
