I run a 5600x, with a Gigabyte Eagle 3060ti, and 32GB of memory. I suspect the GPU, but I’m at a loss because every other game doesn’t have this issue. When I play Roblox, both my screens go black after some time, and I have to force restart the PC. The second display isn’t showing, and the main display is all black. Not sure what it is. I’m pretty sure it’s not a temp issue either, but I’m open to suggestions!
If it happened recently, check Event Viewer > Windows Logs > System to see if it logged any major issues at the time of the crash.
I saw the message: ‘The time provider VMICTimeProvider has indicated that the current hardware and operating environment is not supported and has stopped.’
Isn’t that the time sync service? You can sync time again, but it shouldn’t be the main issue.
Try making a new local user and playing Roblox from there.
If that works, what would be the next step?
If it works, it means something in your current user profile is causing the issue. You can try uninstalling Roblox and reinstalling it while on that user. Use a power uninstall tool to remove all related files.
Congrats, that’s your new user account! Just move your stuff over.
