This is a recently released new series. The artwork and premise were astounding when I read the first few chapters. I had assumed that the series would catch on quickly, but after visiting the novel spoilers forum, I felt like throwing up due to what I had seen. I have never in my life witnessed writing that is so demeaning to the romance genre. This series would turn off even the worst Wattpad writer.
By comparison, this book makes Lady Devil seem like a children’s book.

@Annalise To be fair, Lady Devil (as much as I’ve read it) is quite nuanced; rather than glorifying the pseudo-incest that occurs, it handles it as the desperate, terrible, and conflicted situation that it is before it muddles the entire magical aspect of the plot.
This one seems to skip over the whole acknowledgement of how changing initially platonic and fraternal relationships into romantic ones could screw you and everyone else, and how the circumstances surrounding that need to be explained really, really well, rather than just saying, “Well, they’re hot and there’s no blood relation, so it’s free real state 
” and expecting everyone else to say, “Oh then it’s fine.”
@Blossom Yes, I completely agree. Based on the chapters of My Body that are currently available, Lady Devil excels in the subtlety and psychological growth of its characters. It’s simply standard wish fulfillment drivel, which is why I’m boycotting it.
