I’m curious about the first missions in different GTA games. They often involve stealing a car, but what do others think about this starting point?
Isn’t the first mission in all GTA games to get into a car that isn’t yours?
You’re driving Roman’s taxi, not stealing it.
Roman picks you up from the seaport and then makes you drive his car to the apartment.
Makes you drive his sports car to the luxury condo.
I remember Barbara and Tiffany were part of that mission.
And Stephanie was there too, right?
Yes, Stephanie was definitely involved.
I thought about that as soon as I posted.
In Vice City, you drive Ken’s car.
Do people choose Ken’s car over the scooter parked next to it?
Sadly, yes
I always chose the scooter. #scooterbrotherrrrrr
Not in LCS. We drive Vincenzo’s car if I recall correctly.
Also, in TBoGT we drive Tony to his clubs.
I’m not sure about that.
III: Rescue yourself and your friend from a terrorist attack.
VC: Go see your lawyer after being attacked and robbed by criminals.
IV: Drive your cousin home.
V (Michael): Spend some time with your son.
V (Trevor): Start looking for your long-lost friend.
Michael and Trevor’s first task is to rob a bank though.
Ah, I forgot about North Yankton. That mission where Michael and Trevor make a withdrawal from the bank and then get struck by a train on the way home.
But luckily they were fine and were able to sue the local railroad management company.
It’s Roman’s taxi, not Niko’s, so ‘get in the car that isn’t yours’ still counts.
