Why do some people still call these airplanes or just drones?

With so much news coverage, government hearings, and all the videos online, how can people still say these are just airplanes or drones? Here’s a link to a video to back up the conversation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2jO0gtKGXvQ

When it comes to the possibility of man-made aircraft or aliens visiting New Jersey, I would lean towards it being man-made aircraft.

Maybe it’s neither of those options.

That doesn’t really prove anything though, does it?

They look like aircraft, have similar lights to planes, and fly near airports. If you can show one of these things doing something that an aircraft can’t do, then we might have something to talk about.

@Lyle
So many of those videos are just regular airplanes with landing lights. It’s crazy. How does the news not have a proper comparison with real airplane photos to clear things up? Or aviation experts who could explain what we’re actually seeing? Some of the footage is just terrible quality, blurry night shots of any light in the sky.

@Afton
American media really drops the ball here. They seem more interested in causing panic than actually informing people. At least European state broadcasters have to follow some standards, so they can’t just lie to viewers and call it news. They’ve got cameras worth hundreds of thousands of dollars but still use phones to film these things. I saw a report where they admitted that’s what they were doing.

@Lyle
I know, right? I gave up on watching the 24-hour news networks. But this situation is just wild. When MH-370 went missing, aviation experts were everywhere, talking about flight details for weeks. Now, with all these weird clips, how can no one be looking at these and saying, ‘That’s just an airplane’? Have people never looked at the night sky before?

@Afton
The people living around these areas have been dealing with airplanes flying over their heads daily for years. It’s easy for them to just film a landing and share it to join the trend. I’m not saying nothing strange is happening. The military does whatever it wants, and we don’t always know what’s going on. But most of the videos I’ve seen just look like regular airplanes.

@Lyle
They were seen over three military bases in the UK last week. It’s not just a U.S. issue.

I had so many issues with that post. I tried four times, and I thought it worked the last time. Here’s the link again: https://imgur.com/a/pYOG0xI. The original subreddit removed it after realizing it was actual new technology. Edit: Are you sure the post is removed? I can still access it fine. I’m repeating it here, but please turn up the brightness, watch the stars, etc. The phone isn’t moving, but the sharp turn of the object is clear. I’ve explained this so much I’m running out of energy.

@Blocky
I’ve seen that clip. It’s clearly an airplane, and the camera is just moving. You’d have to really want to believe it’s something else to think otherwise.

I get it. Without a detailed explanation, it’s hard to make anyone believe. But if you look at the stars, they move differently from the plane’s movement. Also, the slight wing tilt when it turns left is noticeable. This isn’t just some random footage. I’m a hobby photographer with lots of experience in night photography, and I’ve discussed this with people with backgrounds in geophysics and aerospace engineering. Edit: I would also like to know the plane model. Those rear lights don’t seem familiar to me. I’m not talking about aliens, just curious about the tech used here.

@Lyle
Did you even check the link I posted?

In that clip, the very first image shows a plane banking. You can see it clearly in the first few seconds of the video. It’s obvious.

That plane looks strange, but alright, it’s a plane. What about all the other clips?

@Blake
I’m just explaining why people think it’s an ordinary plane. I’m not trying to prove or disprove anything because we can’t really do that. After seeing that first few seconds, I turned off the video because it answered your question. First two seconds. Let’s raise the bar.

@Cael
If the first clip is fake, then that’s one thing. But there are still plenty of others. There’s my higher bar.
