Why does my coffeeberry die out

Hello peeps, I play on Xbox and recently encountered an issue where I’ve been getting the prompt “the spreading weeds are causing damage to the farm,” but I’ve checked all around and can’t seem to find any weeds near my crops. Has anyone else experienced this or have any tips on how to resolve it? TIA

You are not alone! Many Xbox players have seen the’spreading weeds’ notification even when no weeds were visible.

Your plants have interveinal chlorosis, which is why you can see the veins in the leaves. This indicates they need more iron. You can find chelated iron at most garden stores or online. Don’t bother sticking nails in the soil unless it’s very acidic; it won’t help.

I also suspect a mild magnesium deficiency, which can be fixed with Epsom salt. Additionally, the pot you’re using is not ideal. These plants prefer deeper pots, ideally ceramic, to avoid waterlogging. They also thrive in peaty, acidic soil—try mixing in sulfur powder to lower the pH and prevent fungal growth.

Hey Fam, Several factors might be causing your coffeeberry to die. Common issues include:

  1. Watering: Coffeeberries are drought-tolerant but need occasional deep watering. Overwatering or underwatering can stress the plant.
  2. Sunlight: They prefer full sun to partial shade. Too much shade can weaken the plant.
  3. Soil: They thrive in well-draining soil. Constantly soggy soil can lead to root rot.
