Just got the same driver with a stiff Alta cb shaft, upgrading from a Costco Callaway Edge. Haven’t had a chance to play due to the cold, but that’s changing this weekend. Can’t wait to try it out.

Here’s my advice on upgrades: Change your driver every three years or so. Replace your wedges when they wear out, which for most golfers is about 5-10 years. Keep your irons as long as they fit your swing and skill level. Change your putter only when you lose confidence in it. Woods and hybrids are all about feel—if you have a 20-year-old 5 wood that still goes straight for 200 yards, you might never want to replace it.

I have both the 425 max and the 430 list. Even as a bad golfer, I notice a difference. The 430 is worth every penny.

Has anyone ‘upgraded’ from the G400 Max to the G430 Max 10k? Wondering if there’s a significant difference. I’m pretty happy with my G400 and just getting back into golf, so I don’t want to mess things up.

I’m still playing my G400 with the tour 65. These drivers are solid.

Nice choice on the driver! I’ve had Ping irons and a TaylorMade R9 for 14 years before I switched to a Callaway Rogue XT, and it’s a game changer.

Just got a used one from 2nd Swing with a new grip. I’m new to golf, but after trying it a few weeks ago, I was sold on this driver.

Upgraded to this thanks to Golf Canada’s insurance after my Stealth2 cracked. I’ve only hit about 50 times so far, but the forgiveness is unbelievable.
