So, I’ve been getting fewer bookings at work lately, and I’m not sure what’s going on. My boss says it’s just because the bookings are down overall, but I’ve noticed that I’m often the last one to fill up. Is this happening to anyone else? Could it be something more?

Yeah, I did ask, but they didn’t really give me a clear answer. Just said everyone’s numbers are down this month.

I already have access to the schedule, and it does look pretty even… but I’m always one of the last to get filled up.

If you’re thinking about leaving, just make sure you can review them without any issues. Some places can get weird about Glassdoor reviews.
