I’ve reported verbal and physical bullying to my school, but they refuse to do anything since there’s no physical evidence. It’s affecting both my studies and mental health. Anyone have advice on what to do?
That’s so frustrating. Have you thought about keeping a log of each incident? Like times, places, and everything that happened? Schools sometimes respond better when there’s written proof.

I’ve been keeping track, but they still won’t do anything. It’s like they need a witness or something.

Have you tried going over their reporting procedures again? Sometimes they have steps they don’t make clear.
Maybe try talking to the school’s counselors or support services? They might help push the issue or at least offer some support.

That’s a good suggestion, I’ll look into it. Thanks!
If you’re not getting results, you could escalate it. Go to the Dean or student affairs with everything documented. They might take it more seriously.

I agree. I had to escalate something once, and it actually worked.
Maybe look into outside help? There are agencies that step in when a school isn’t doing enough.

What agencies are you talking about? Like legal ones?

Yeah, there’s stuff like education departments or even ombudsmen. They can sometimes get involved when schools ignore issues like this.
I’ve been through something similar, and bringing a friend or a counselor with you to meetings can help. It gives you moral support and also strengthens your case.

I’ll keep that in mind! I think it’d help me feel more confident going forward.
Also, don’t forget to take care of yourself. This stuff can really weigh on you, so talking to a therapist or trusted friend can help.

I’ve been trying to focus on that too. It’s been a tough few weeks, but I’ll keep pushing through.
