Has anyone received an email on the lawsuit Snow v. Align, the company that makes Invisalign,?
I was looking for an explanation of the situation at hand.

I got it too @QwizCommunity5. The email says it’s about Invisalign having a monopoly over clear aligners but I haven’t looked into it beyond that.
Basically, some people think Align keeps prices high unfairly. The email might be about your rights if you bought Invisalign before the end of December 2023. Don’t worry, it’s not spam!
@QwizCommunity5 I received it yesterday be honest it’s a buzz!! If anyone has the email, review it carefully before deciding to opt-in to the class action lawsuit.
Dr. William Dischinger, an orthodontist, and Align Technology, the company that makes Invisalign, are the parties to this action. Dr. Dischinger was sued by Align for allegedly deceiving patients by promoting Invisalign therapy while utilising a rival product. Dr. Dischinger, according to Align, is essentially “counterfeiting” Invisalign. The legal action is still pending.
