Is Merrick good with WSAVA rules now that Purina owns them?

I pretty much said it in the title… I’m trying to find some new flavors for my dogs. They’ve only been on Purina Pro Plan, sometimes Iams mini chunks.

Nope, Merrick isn’t following WSAVA guidelines. Even though Purina bought them, they’re still doing their own thing. It’s understandable though… it makes things a bit confusing.

Good point! This question is fair and shouldn’t get downvotes for just being curious.

@Wei
Totally agree. I didn’t downvote the person who posted, and I can’t do anything about other folks who might.

(Besides, doesn’t look like they were downvoted much anyway.)

I wanted to mention this… I’m at a dog show right now, and there’s a big Purina booth with Merrick samples on display. It does add to the confusion!

Merrick isn’t WSAVA-compliant.

Nope, it’s not.
