I need some help! My laptop just shut down by itself yesterday while I was working on it. Now it won’t turn on or charge at all. I’ve tried holding the power button down for different amounts of time, with and without the charger, but nothing works. The charger LED light doesn’t even come on when it’s plugged in. I also tried another charger and another outlet, but still no luck. It’s been about 12 hours since it stopped working. The model is an IdeaPad Gaming 3 15ARH05 by Lenovo. Has anyone else dealt with something like this? I’m not super experienced with hardware, so I’m a bit lost… any ideas? 
Sounds frustrating! Have you checked if the internal battery is dead? Sometimes they can go out without warning.
Yeah, I’ve had similar issues before. If it makes clicking noises, it could be a hardware problem. Have you tried removing the battery?
The battery is internal, so I haven’t looked at it. I don’t have the right screwdriver at home.

Those clicking sounds usually mean something’s not connecting right. It could be the hard drive or the fan. Have you checked those?

Not really, but you need to be careful. If you’re not comfortable opening it up, maybe just take it to a pro.
Sometimes laptops just need a good reset. Have you tried removing all power sources for a few minutes?

Just unplug it, remove any batteries if you can, and hold the power button for about 10-15 seconds. Then plug it back in and see if it works.
It might be time to contact Lenovo support if nothing else works. They could help with troubleshooting or repair.
