Real Madrid smashed Minera yesterday in a Copa del Rey match, and Arda Güler really stood out. He scored twice, worked hard defensively, and had an all-around great game. But Endrick? Not so much. He played well, moved smartly, but just couldn’t find the net. Carlo Ancelotti seems to be giving him patience, but do you think Güler should be getting more love from the coach?
Güler was on fire yesterday. Two goals and solid defense… what more does he need to prove?

IDK, maybe Ancelotti’s looking for something else? But yeah, Güler deserves more chances.
Endrick wasn’t bad though. His movements were good, just unlucky not to score.

True, but a striker needs to score. No goals kinda overshadows everything else.

Agreed, but he’s young. Ancelotti said to be patient, so I guess we wait and see.
Anyone else feel like Fran Martínez deserves a shoutout? He was heroic in goal for Minera.

Absolutely. He saved them from an even bigger thrashing. Gotta respect his effort.

For real. That save against Endrick’s shot was insane. Hope he gets noticed by bigger teams.
What do you think Carlo meant by ‘he must be patient’? Is that coach-speak for ‘not good enough yet’?

Nah, I think he’s just saying Endrick’s young. He’s only 18, plenty of time to develop.

Exactly. Patience isn’t a bad thing. Güler had to wait too, and look where he’s at now.
