They’re cute, but I’m glad they’re not here in the UK like grey squirrels. I think raccoons might have been a problem if they were.

That would be me…two of them, actually.
My brother raised three orphaned raccoons and named them Larry, Curly, and Mo. He trained them, and they were a lot of fun for five years. Smart little guys.
Raccoons are cute but can be very destructive and carry diseases.
They’re undeniably cute with those masked faces and tiny hands that look almost human. They always look like they’re up to something sneaky!
