Thinking about the Niro… but Toyota loyalty makes me hesitate

If you’re buying, go Toyota. If you’re leasing, Kia’s a fun choice.

Switched from a Prius to a Niro and it’s been great. Way more comfortable and a solid choice for me.

Glad you’re happy with it! I find the Prius seats a bit uncomfortable for longer trips, too.

@Lyle
Yeah, the Niro definitely wins in comfort.

Been a Toyota fan, but just switched to a Niro and really enjoying it. Seems to have a good build quality and features for the price.

Good to know, thanks!

Had a Corolla Hybrid before my Niro. The Niro has better space, and no issues so far. Sometimes miss the Corolla’s smooth ride, though.

Never thought I’d own a crossover, but I love my Niro.

I have both a Niro and a Rav4 Hybrid. The Niro’s MPG is better, but the Rav4 has more power. I use the Niro for shorter trips since I had a battery issue once.

Sounds like a good setup. I really like the Rav4 too.

Switched from a Prius to a Niro SX and loving the ride height. Easy to get in and out, and the heated seats are a nice bonus.

Went from a Prius to a Niro HEV and it’s been solid—better space, mileage, and feels more sturdy.

Niro all the way! I’d get it for the looks alone—such a unique style.

We have both a Niro PHEV and a Prius. Both are good, but I prefer the higher seating of the Niro.

Exactly what’s pushing me towards the Niro. The Corolla Cross doesn’t quite match up on MPG.

Love my Niro PHEV, especially for the MPG. Tested the Corolla Cross, but the backseat room was a deal-breaker for me.

Thinking of the hybrid for now since we might hand it down to our daughter in a few years, and she might not have charging access.

Switched from a Prius V to a Niro and couldn’t be happier. Toyota offered way less on my trade-in, and Kia came through with a fair deal.

Bummer about the Prius! Glad Kia offered you a fair trade.
