1. WHAT THIS SITE IS
This site is a trivia and quiz platform where you can play daily quizzes, earn XP and badges, compete on leaderboards, and optionally challenge other players. It is provided for entertainment purposes.
2. YOUR ACCOUNT
You must provide accurate information when creating an account, and you are responsible for keeping your password secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account, whether or not you were the one who did it. If you believe someone else has accessed your account, please contact us right away and change your password.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
3. ACCEPTABLE USE
When using this site, you agree not to:
- Cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate scores, XP, or challenge outcomes in ways not intended by the normal use of the site
- Create multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users, including through profile content, feedback, or challenge interactions
- Upload or post anything illegal, offensive, or that infringes on someone else's rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or to the site's systems
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to play quizzes or interact with the site on your behalf
- Interfere with the normal operation of the site for other users
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our discretion.
4. CHALLENGES AND XP WAGERS
If the challenge feature is enabled, you may challenge other players to quizzes and wager XP on the outcome. XP has no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash or prizes unless we explicitly state otherwise, and exists solely as part of the game. We are not responsible for disputes between players regarding challenge outcomes, though we will look into reports of bugs or exploits.
5. CONTENT YOU SUBMIT
If you submit a bio, profile picture, feedback, or other content, you are responsible for that content. You agree not to submit anything that is illegal, infringing, or harmful. We may remove content that violates these terms.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The quizzes, questions, design, branding, and software that make up this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the site's content or code without permission, except for your own personal use of the site as intended.
7. NO WARRANTIES
This site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not guarantee the accuracy of quiz questions, answers, or explanations, although we make reasonable efforts to keep them correct, and we welcome reports of errors.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, including loss of data, loss of XP or progress, or any disputes between users. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months, if any. Some jurisdictions do not allow these kinds of limitations, so some of this may not apply to you depending on where you live.
9. CHANGES TO THE SITE
We may add, change, or remove features at any time, including XP rules, badges, challenges, and other gameplay mechanics. We may also suspend or discontinue the site at any time. We will try to give reasonable notice of major changes when practical.
10. TERMINATION
You may stop using the site and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion.
11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continuing to use the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
